Hello Customer main purpose is converting the feedback obtained from users into actionable and understandable indicators to improve any business.

Extending core features

In this case, Hello Customer had all that feedback translated into a huge backlog. All I had to do is create and design interactive solutions for each case. Keeping a visual consistency with the current product was key at all moments.
