Currently the majority of team apps or event apps aren't incorporating any stadium or indoor technologies to easily turn these apps into commercial vehicles facilitating financial transactions to create new revenue streams.
Main objective of this project was to create a solution to provide specific services to make fans life easier indoors and outdoors from big enclosures.

After a competitive analysis made together with stakeholders interviews to better understand their business needs, a solution came up shaped like an in app transactional module able to integrate in any existing app and almost fully customizable.
As a first version approach we focused in delivering new experiences in merchandising, ticketing, food and beverage purchases. However the solution proposed could scale to cater other experiences such parking services, seat guidances, stadium tours, live streaming videos, real time social posts during an event, and so on.
At the same time, in app module design needed to be partially customizable and super easy to use.
